Full Job Description Part-time MORNING Veterinary Assistant & Kennel Caretaker WANTED :

We want a team member who will treat others' pets like their own and want to learn more about veterinary medicine. This position is great for someone who wants more experience in the veterinary field as we focus on hands-on experience. •

TO SPEED UP THE HIRING PROCESS

Shifts include weekday morning assistant shifts, Saturday morning assistant shifts, and weekend kennel care (Saturday and Sunday including some holidays). The weekend and kennel care is on a rotating schedule with fellow team members. We try to work around school schedules if possible. Assistant duties include assisting the doctor during exams and treatments including drawing blood, giving vaccines, restraint, and caring for boarding pets. Weekend & holiday kennel duties include caring for boarding pets (walking, feeding, medicating, cleaning up after, and discharging in evenings if needed) Saturday evenings, Sunday mornings, and Sunday evenings.
