You will provide quality care to our patients and assist the veterinarian in performing procedures. Receptionist duties are answering phones, making appointments, and checking out clients. We are seeking full or part time . Our hours are Monday/Thursday 8am- 7 pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8 am
- 5 pm, and Saturday 8 am
- 1 pm.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Must be comfortable working with animals as well as humans.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with clients in a friendly, kind, and helpful manner.
- Must have a strong commitment to customer service and be a team player.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning cages, tools, and equipment after each visit. Assisting the veterinarian in performing exams and medical procedures as needed. Answering phones and scheduling appointments. Taking patient histories and preparing medical notes for patients. Keeping accurate patient records and medical histories.Job Types:
