Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and
EXPERIENCED
veterinary technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, a strong competency with veterinary technician duties, and excellent customer service skills.- Please note that applications submitted only through Indeed will not be acknowledged. - Patient care and client education
- Answer inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of patient information in the database
- Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the veterinary team Skills
- Experience in animal handling and care
- Phlebotomy
- Taking radiographs
- Administering injections
- Monitoring patients under anesthesia
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with IDEXX Cornerstone is a plus
- Familiarity with animal anatomy and common medical conditions Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-years experience employed as a veterinary technician
- Available to work 2 full-day shifts during the week (7:20am
- 6:30pm)
