This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with animals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to continue building hands-on veterinary skills. As a Technician Assistant, you'll support our veterinarians and veterinary technicians while helping provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to our patients. What You'll Do Safely handle and restrain dogs and cats Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas Assist with patient exams, treatments, and procedures Collect and prepare laboratory samples as trained Clean, disinfect, and maintain medical equipment and work areas Monitor patient comfort and communicate concerns to the medical team Help maintain accurate patient records Stock supplies and support clinic organization Assist throughout the clinic wherever needed to keep patient care moving smoothly What We're Looking For Previous veterinary or animal-handling experience is preferred A calm, compassionate approach with animals Dependability and willingness to help the team Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a busy clinical environment Comfort with the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods and lifting or assisting with animals Availability to work the schedule required by the Fort Wright clinic Why Join Noah's Ark?
