We're expanding and looking to add an experienced veterinary receptionist to our team. The ideal candidate would also have experience assisting Veterinarians and Veterinary technicians. We are paperless, digital, use ai technology, full service clinic in beautiful Beverly Farms, MA. We treat cats and dogs, and we have an emphasis on dental and geriatric care. Applicants must be experienced as a veterinary receptionist and ideal if you have veterinary assistant experience. Candidates need to be able to multitask, exhibit professional behavior, work well in a close-knit team environment, and thrive on treating patients, coworkers and clients with respect and compassion. Experience with Cornerstone practice software and Ally DVM is a plus. Occasional Saturday shift availability would be ideal and we offer a $3 to $5 dollar an hour differential. Compensation commensurate with experience. Recent experience as a veterinary receptionist or veterinary assistant with the above mentioned skills is required.

veterinarian, vet, tech, assistant,receptionist Required experience: Responsibilities Greet clients, schedule appointments, and manage front desk duties with professionalism and empathy. Assist veterinarians and technicians during examinations and procedures; handle animals safely and use proper restraint as needed. Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and surgical prep areas; perform routine cleaning and sanitation per PPE and aseptic techniques. Prepare and administer basic treatments, assist with IV catheters and sample collection under supervision. Manage medical records, inventory, and equipment; communicate effectively with staff and clients to coordinate care.Job Types:
