Job Description

Ludlow Animal Clinic, P.C. is looking for a full-time veterinary technician/assistant who is motivated and hardworking to join our team! We are a privately owned small animal practice that is open five days a week (Monday thru Friday). The candidate we are seeking is a well-rounded individual who is outgoing, possesses strong communication skills, has the ability to multitask and pays attention to details. The doctors and staff are dedicated to creating a healthy work environment to provide the best experience for both our clients and our patients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting the veterinarian in performing exams, general surgery and dental procedures
  • Restraining animals (must be able to lift 50 pounds)
  • Venipuncture
  • Monitoring anesthesia during procedures
  • Running in-house laboratory testing and taking radiographs
  • Working in reception
  • Maintaining the clinic's veterinary equipment, tools and supplies
  • Following cleaning protocols and complete daily responsibilities involved with clinic and facility upkeep and organization
  • Experience with Cornerstone practice software, Idexx in-house lab equipment and taking dental radiographs is a plus Candidates can apply by sending their CV/Resume to ludlowanimalclinic@gmail.
