Veterinary Assistant Wanted We're looking to welcome another Veterinary Assistant to our dedicated team at a busy wellness clinic providing routine care and spay neuter services . Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and making clients feel at ease from the moment they walk through our doors. This position is fast-paced and highly rewarding , requiring strong multitasking skills and prior experience in a veterinary setting. The role is a combination of hands-on patient care and client service responsibilities. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Assisting the veterinarian during patient appointments Checking in surgical patients and supporting techs with procedure preparation Performing blood draws and processing lab work Preparing and assembling surgical instrument packs Assisting with surgical pre op and post op monitoring Managing client communications, including phone calls and emails We're a Monday-Thursday clinic (8 AM to 6 PM) , giving you long weekends to relax and recharge.
