We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our compassionate and collaborative medical team. Obtain patient histories and assist during examinations. Safely restrain patients for examinations and procedures. Collect laboratory samples and perform in-house diagnostics (based on experience and training). Obtain quality diagnostic radiographs. Prepare surgical and treatment areas. Monitor patients during recovery. Fill prescriptions and prepare medications as directed. Maintain accurate medical records using Cornerstone . Communicate accurately and professionally with clients via texting platform; Otto . Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Provide outstanding client education and customer service. The Right Candidate Will Have A minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a veterinary clinic (required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, team-oriented attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to continue learning and developing new skills. A genuine passion for animal care and client service.
