Job Description
At Arrow Veterinary Clinic, we're looking for a compassionate, motivated Veterinary Assistant whose greatest passion is helping clients understand how to provide gold standard care for their pets. We believe that client education is just as important as patient care, and we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, answering questions, and advocating for every pet's lifelong health. We are a one-doctor, small animal practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for dogs and cats in a welcoming environment. Because we're a smaller practice, every team member plays an important role, and every voice matters. We pride ourselves on working together, supporting one another, and continuously improving. What You'll Do Assist the veterinarian during appointments, procedures, and surgeries. Educate clients on preventive medicine, nutrition, diagnostics, dental care, medications, and treatment recommendations. Obtain patient histories, prepare exam rooms, and perform patient care duties. Help maintain accurate medical records. Provide compassionate care to every patient and exceptional service to every client. Work collaboratively with a positive, team-first attitude.
