Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to join our growing veterinary practice. If you love animals of all sizes, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Greet clients and patients with a friendly, professional attitude. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications. Maintain accurate medical records and process payments. Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care and appointments. Prepare exam rooms and help maintain a clean, organized clinic. Help with stocking supplies, laundry, and general clinic duties. Provide exceptional customer service while supporting our team and clients. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Comfortable working with animals of all sizes. Basic computer skills required. Veterinary or medical office experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person!
