Assist with animal restraint and handling to ensure safety during examinations and procedures Monitor hospitalized animals overnight, providing basic pet care and observing for any changes in condition Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infection and ensure cleanliness Manage animal husbandry duties including feeding, cleaning kennels, and ensuring proper animal comfort Assist with animal catheterization, intravenous access, and other critical care procedures as needed Ensure accurate documentation of treatments, medications administered, and patient observations Veterinary technician or veterinary assistant experience is highly desirable Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal physiology, anatomy, and restraint techniques Experience with laboratory procedures and aseptic technique in a clinical setting Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of animal care Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with pet owners when necessary Join us in providing exceptional overnight care that ensures every pet feels safe and loved through the night.
