A Meaningful Role in the Veterinary Experience At Pet Health and Pet Care, Pet Parent Experience Specialists (PES) are key members of our medical team. You won't just manage phones or juggle complaints—you'll help shape every pet parent's visit: Welcome each pet parent with empathy and professionalism. Coordinate 60-minute, appointment-only visits that eliminate overbooking and stress. Partner with veterinarians and assistants to ensure clear, timely communication. Share information and educate pet parents with clarity and compassion. You'll help create the calm, informed, and personal veterinary experience that our clients—and our team—truly appreciate. Our Philosophy of Balance Your time matters, and we believe a predictable, supportive schedule is essential for long-term success. We are closed on weekends and holidays, giving you protected time off. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM—no late nights or last-minute emergencies.
