Veterinary Assistant

We are looking to add a part time receptionist/vet assistant to our one doctor clinic. Preferably someone who has veterinary experience and who is a quick learner that is highly motivated, organized, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and good communication and computer skills.

Scheduling Details:

Part-time/ Full-time position Set Schedule Holidays off

Clinic Hours:

Monday , Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-5pm Thursday 8am-1pm Saturday 9am-1pm •May need to stay later than closing time•

Responsibilities:

Filling out charts in an organized fashion Filing charts correctly Greeting Clients Checking clients in Collect outstanding balances Invoicing on IntraVet and checking clients out Answer phones Schedule appointments, surgeries, and boarding General office organization Occasionally assist in exam rooms

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
