JOB POSTING

We are now hiring an entry level Full Time Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist. You must be motivated, hard worker, able to multi-task and not afraid to get your hands dirty. Duties include and are not limited to: o Greet and check in guest(s) as they arrive o Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. o Perform clerical duties which include computer work, filing, cleaning, emailing, and faxing. o Assist the Veterinarian with X rays, animal assistance and prescriptions. o Schedule, reschedule and call future reminder appointments. o Inventory and organize supplies. o Handling cash, check and credit card transactions. o Working in emergency/stressful situations Available shifts: Morning, Evening, and Saturday. (see office hours below) High school Diploma equivalent, Vet Tech License if applicable Hourly wage based on experience You must be 18 or older. We will train, some experience required.
