What You'll Do As an experienced Veterinary Assistant, you will work closely with our doctors and veterinary support team to provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting veterinarians during examinations and medical procedures Safely restraining dogs and cats using compassionate, low-stress techniques Collecting patient histories and communicating clearly with pet owners Preparing exam rooms and treatment areas Assisting with laboratory testing, radiographs, and sample collection Preparing patients for surgery and monitoring them during recovery Filling medications as directed by the veterinarian Maintaining accurate medical records Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining hospital equipment and work areas Educating clients about medications, treatments, and preventive care Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous experience working as a Veterinary Assistant in a clinical setting Confidence handling dogs and cats of different sizes and temperaments Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and medical procedures Strong communication and client-service skills Excellent attention to detail A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude The ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment A genuine passion for helping animals and the people who love them All Full-Time Team Members are eligible for benefits, including: Competitive base pay plus revenue share bonus program!
