Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant

Community Animal Hospital in Broomall has an immediate opening for a full-time veterinary receptionist/assistant. Strong communication skills, some animal handling skills, enthusiasm, and a caring attitude are a must! Community Animal Hospital is a 2-doctor small animal hospital. Our office is fully computerized with digital x-ray, in-house lab, and all the tools we need to provide top-notch care for our clients and patients. We enjoy our relationship in the community and really get to know our clients and their pets! Our current position entails about 70% reception, and 30% technical assistance, animal care, and hospital maintenance. This is a full-time position which entails four weekdays per week (8-5), along with shared weekend duties: every other Saturday morning (Sat AM 8:30-12:30) and one out of four weekend/holiday patient and boarder care (about 1 hour Sat AM and 1 hour each Sun AM and PM). One year of experience in a veterinary hospital is required! Compensation is listed at $17-20/hr, and is negotiable, depending upon your qualifications and experience!
