We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or Veterinary Assistant to join our dynamic veterinary team. Duties Assist veterinarians with clinical procedures including animal restraint, sample collection, and laboratory work Prepare and operate medical equipment such as X-ray machines, anesthesia monitors, and diagnostic radiology tools Administer medications, perform IV insertions, and monitor animals under anesthesia during surgical procedures Handle a variety of animals including dogs, cats, and equines with confidence and gentle care Support emergency medicine cases by providing critical care, animal stabilization, and intensive monitoring Maintain accurate veterinary records using specialized software and ensure compliance with aseptic techniques Requirements Proven experience working as an LVT or veterinary assistant with knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal physiology Hands-on experience with laboratory procedures such as phlebotomy, diagnostic radiology, and laboratory diagnostics Skilled in animal restraint, vascular access, IV insertion, and animal catheterization techniques Knowledge of general anesthesia, veterinary anesthesia monitoring, and critical & intensive care protocols Ability to communicate effectively with clients about pet care plans and treatment options Proficiency in veterinary software systems for record-keeping and appointment scheduling Demonstrated ability to handle animals safely during procedures involving radiology diagnostics or surgical assistance A passion for pet care combined with excellent teamwork skills to support a collaborative environment Join our team to advance your veterinary career in a lively setting where compassionate animal care meets professional excellence.
