We are open 4 days/week and pride ourselves in exceptional customer service. The position is full time, averaging 36 hours/week. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and be able to confidently handle multiple tasks at the same time. Duties include but not limited to: Greeting clients and pets, checking in clients, weighing patients, answering multi-line phone, providing information and scheduling appointments over the phone, patient call-backs, reminder calls and light cleaning. This role will primarily be customer service at our front desk, but cross training in veterinary assistant role for basic skills will also be provided. Qualified applicants must be a team player, have good computer skills, positive attitude, be a quick learner, self-starter, and possess exceptional people skills. Veterinary reception or assistant experience preferred. Previous experience with Avimark and other administrative tasks are beneficial. Hours are 7:30 am-5:30 pm
