- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide general information to clients and visitors about the organization and its services
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area ```Skills```
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and multi-line phone systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of veterinary critical care, animal handling, pet care, dog training, pet grooming, aseptic technique, laboratory procedures, kennel operations, equine care, or pet sitting is a plus
