Loudoun Valley Animal Hospital is a facility for small animals in Ashburn, Virginia. We are seeking

EXPERIENCED

veterinary technician/assistants to join our practice. We are a single doctor practice and are open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, and closed on Saturday/Sunday and all national holidays.

VETERINARY

experience is

REQUIRED.

We offer flexible scheduling, but require availability for morning, evening, and weekends. The position requires computer skills, communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Experience working with Avimark is a PLUS. A strong candidate will have a genuine love and passion for animals, a stellar work ethic, is extremely motivated, a team player and thrives in a fast paced environment.

They will also feel comfortable:

taking radiographs, performing some in house lab work, preparing samples for outside labs, administering oral medications, restraining animals, meeting the nursing needs of hospitalized patients, talking to and educating clients, and performing various, but relatively light housekeeping duties for hospital maintenance.
