Veterinary Assistants & Receptionists Part-time, weekend position available with our locally owned low-cost vaccine clinic. At least six months experience in the veterinary field is required. Current positions available at our Virginia Beach Boulevard location. Flexible weekend hours (Thursday through Sunday), willing to work around your current work schedule! • Animal handling and restraint experience
• Comfort with dogs & cats of all ages and sizes
• Veterinary Terminology
• Vaccine protocol
• Ability to operate independently and have confidence when interacting with clients
• Motivated to learn and advance in your training skillset
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow all safety and health protocols
• Must be personable, reliable and possess a positive attitude

Duties:

You will be greeting our clients and checking them in. Working with clients to determine what services will best suit them and their pets. Assisting Doctors' with exams and vaccinating pets, animal restraint. We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a weekend only position (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Our team supports and manages the day to day responsibilities of helping pets and owners live their best lives!
