Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CSR to join our team for a weekend-focused schedule . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a clinic that is raising the standard for both patient care and workplace culture. Responsibilities Greet and check in clients in a professional and compassionate manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and triage incoming inquiries Communicate clearly with clients regarding wait times, estimates, and updates Process payments and maintain accurate client records Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain a calm and organized front desk during high-stress situations Assist with general clinic support and float between reception and hospital support as needed Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous CSR/ front desk experience required (veterinary) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional, calm, and compassionate demeanor Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable with veterinary workflow and terminology Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a fun, collaborative team culture Restraint and some working knowledge of veterinary assisting Flexibility-be willing and able to step away from the front desk to assist in clinical areas as needed ("float" support role) Why Join Nexus?
