Veterinary Assistant - Rehabilitation‑Focused Clinic (Port Orchard, WA) Join a small, dedicated team making a big impact. Integrated Veterinary ARTS — now in our 5th year of operation and still growing — is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant with strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for rehabilitation medicine. We are a busy, tight‑knit practice where every team member contributes meaningfully to patient care, client communication, and daily operations. What We're Looking For Veterinary clinical experience required Able to work independently with clear instruction and follow established protocols Strong interest in canine rehabilitation — this is essential Familiarity with Fear Free® principles is helpful Training in therapeutic laser is a plus (we can train the right candidate) Comfortable in a small team where everyone handles scheduling, billing, reports, client communication, general housekeeping duties. Kind, patient, and committed to providing excellent care to both clients and their pets About the Role You'll support rehabilitation treatments, assist with patient handling, maintain equipment, communicate with clients, and help keep our workflow smooth and efficient, open and close the clinic and nightly cleaning duties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on patient care, problem‑solving, and being part of a collaborative environment.
