Mobile Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant Full Circle Veterinary Services, LLC is a boutique, mobile small animal veterinary practice focused on providing thoughtful, personalized care in the comfort of our clients' homes. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and adaptable veterinary professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships with both pets and their people. This position is ideal for someone who appreciates a more personal approach to veterinary medicine and enjoys the variety that comes with mobile practice. The role focuses on preventative wellness, practical hands-on veterinary care, client communication, and compassionate end-of-life services, rather than the fast-paced environment of a traditional hospital. Key Responsibilities Assist with in-home wellness and preventative care appointments Obtain accurate patient histories, vital signs, and medical information Assist with physical examinations and routine veterinary procedures Collect and process blood, urine, fecal, and other diagnostic samples Assist with laboratory testing and other in-home diagnostics Provide patient restraint and handling with a low-stress, compassionate approach Assist with medication administration, treatments, and client education Support hospice and quality-of-life consultations Assist with in-home euthanasia services and aftercare arrangements Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients before, during, and after appointments Help clients understand treatment recommendations, medications, preventative care, and follow-up needs Maintain accurate medical records and assist with practice documentation Maintain and organize mobile medical equipment and supplies Prepare for daily house calls and ensure necessary supplies are available Maintain a clean, professional, and respectful presence in clients' homes Assist with scheduling, client communication, and other practical aspects of a small mobile practice as needed Schedule & Work Environment Most appointments are scheduled during normal daytime business hours, with occasional urgent or end-oflife appointments depending on availability.
