Animal Hospital at Hillshore is hiring a Full-Time Veterinary Assistant in Madison, WI. We're a growing independent animal hospital looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a supportive veterinary clinic. Whether you're an entry-level Veterinary Assistant, career changer, or have prior animal care experience, we offer hands-on training and mentorship in a clinic where your voice matters. You'll join a tight-knit veterinary team that values kindness, clear communication, and high-quality medicine — not corporate quotas or cookie-cutter protocols.
