Job Description

Associated Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to support our veterinarians and technicians in providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to their families. In this role, you'll assist with patient handling and restraint, exam room preparation, laboratory sample collection, radiology, surgical and dental procedures, and medication preparation.

You'll also help maintain a clean, organized hospital while ensuring every pet receives gentle, high-quality care. Health insurance premiums are fully covered by employer.
Typical hours would include:
11am-7pm (rotating Monday's), 8am-5pm, and 8am-12pm (two Saturday's a month). The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous veterinary or animal care experience is preferred but we're willing to train the right candidate who shares our commitment to animal health and client service.
