We are a full service animal hospital located in the East Valley and we are currently seeking a reliable, self motivated, honest, skilled, always-curious, veterinary technician. The ideal candidate must be:
Relational, not just skilled (although both are important). A team player who loves living in community with others (no lone rangers, please). Articulate and able to share what they are feeling and experiencing. Enjoys educating clients and feels quite comfortable going over treatment plans with clients. Assessing patient stability - obtaining vital parameters, venipuncture, IV catheter placement are a must. Proper and humane restraint techniques and radiograph positioning and exposure skills are also required. Is motivated to the highest quality of care to all our patients in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Please send resume for consideration. Pay will depend on experience.

Schedule:
10 hour shift/8 or 6 hr shifts. 3.5-4 day work week. No nights. Half day Saturday shifts (7:30am-2pm) Supplemental pay types: Incentive pay. When team members excel, they are celebrated, both by company-wide recognition and supplemental incentive pay tied to contribution.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred).
Experience:
Veterinary technician: 1 year (Required)
