We are looking for someone who is confident in their surgical skills, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a team that values collaboration, accountability, and a positive workplace culture. Previous veterinary surgical experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate who is passionate about learning and growing in surgery. Your primary location will be Empire Ranch Veterinary Hospital, with occasional support at our sister hospital, Johnson Ranch Animal Clinic, as needed. Why Join Our Team? At Empire Ranch, culture isn't just a buzzword — it is one of our highest priorities. We believe that when our team feels supported, appreciated, and valued, our patients and clients receive better care. We are proud to offer a workplace where you can build meaningful relationships, grow your skills, and feel like you are part of something bigger than just a job.
What makes us different:
A team-first culture: We believe in helping each other, celebrating each other's successes, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Team-building events:
We love spending time together outside of the hospital, strengthening our relationships, and having fun as a team.
Mental health and wellness support:
We offer stipends to support mental health and overall well-being because we believe taking care of our people matters just as much as taking care of our patients.
Growth opportunities:
We want to help you develop professionally, expand your surgical skills, and work toward your career goals. A supportive, high-energy team: Our team is made up of caring, passionate individuals who bring positivity, compassion, and a willingness to help one another every day.
A place to belong:
We want you to feel like you are part of a family, not just clocking in and out of a job.
