Candidate should have great communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience in a veterinary setting. We train our staff to work in all positions, so the candidate will rotate through room tech, CSR, surgery tech, and more. The position will involve prepping for surgery, monitoring animals during surgery, monitoring animals as they recover, checking in clients/patients for surgery/appointments, releasing from surgery/appointments, and caring for hospitalized patients. Veterinary technicians are expected to intubate, administer vaccines, administer IV and IM injections, place IV catheters, take radiographs, perform diagnostics, demonstrate proper animal handling and restraint, draw blood, and more. Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds. Being bilingual is a huge plus! We are a high-volume, fast-paced, full service clinic. We also operate a mobile spay/neuter clinic that travels throughout Arizona.
