As Lead RVT, you will serve as both a hands-on clinical leader and a mentor to our technical team, helping foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing hospital culture. We value credentialed technicians for the clinical knowledge, judgment, and communication skills they bring across all areas of the hospital, helping elevate the quality of medicine, client experience, and patient care. As Lead RVT, you will: Lead, mentor, and support a team of Registered Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants. Delegate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care. Monitor daily operations to uphold medical protocols, safety standards, and quality of care. Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help team members develop their clinical skills and confidence. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture while serving as a clinical resource for the hospital. Support exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows to ensure a seamless patient experience. Place and maintain intravenous catheters and perform venipuncture. Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia for surgical and dental procedures. Assist with surgery and perform dental prophylaxis and dental radiography. Review treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately. Build lasting client relationships through education, communication, and exceptional service. This position is ideal for technicians with strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, outstanding multitasking and time management abilities, and a passion for developing others while delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation:

$ 30-35 per hour, for each hour worked This is a full-time position with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.
