Job Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians in the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of animals Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians Perform laboratory tests, including bloodwork, urinalysis, and cytology Monitor anesthesia and assist during surgical procedures Conduct radiographs and other imaging procedures Provide compassionate nursing care to hospitalized and recovering patients Educate pet owners on proper animal care, post-treatment instructions, and preventive health measures Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols Assist in emergency and critical care situations Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of treatment areas and surgical suites

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting preferred Strong technical skills in laboratory procedures, surgical assistance, and patient care Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to patient care Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods If you are a motivated Veterinary Technician/ Assistant looking to be part of a dynamic and compassionate team, we would love to hear from you!
