$10,000!This position is eligible for:

$29/hr - $41/hr + $2/hr shift lead differential, $3/hr overnight differential, and $2/hr weekend differential Pay to be determined by experience, skills assessment Who we are ACCESS San Fernando Valley is comprised of emergency, critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology and surgery providing the highest level of care for pets in our community. Provide primary point of contact through which all technical questions, comments, concerns, and issues can be handled Decrease the time spent by doctors and technical staff replicating responsibilities or missing duties by providing oversight for all technical employees in the momentDuties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the individuals working on any given shift to ensure their work product is excellent Review any patient / doctor issues that come up in the moment to allow for expedient and satisfactory resolution Assign patients to the appropriate group based upon case severity and knowledge of technical skill level of group technical employees Updating full patient census forms and patient board regularly during shift Updating Triage Board as necessary in a Triage-Center-In-Certification-Process Hospital Ensure rounds are being appropriately handled as patients are transferred from one person to the next Acts as primary person for resource management of technical staff within the Emergency Department As assigned by the Technician Manager, trains staff in any technical areas requested Responsible for being primary key-holder OR Cubex resource as neededQualifications:
