Job DescriptionJob Description Seeking a Chief Financial Officer with expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting, risk management, treasury operations, budgeting, compliance, and strategic business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize profitability and growth Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and ASC 606 standards Lead risk analysis initiatives and implement effective risk management strategies using COSO frameworks Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships Supervise budgeting, expense management, cost control measures, and financial modeling processes Oversee regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with SOX standards Support business development activities including mergers & acquisitions, market analysis, and revenue cycle management Lead financial analysis, interpretation of financial reports, profit & loss assessments, and fiscal decision making Implement internal controls and safeguard financial data using COSO frameworks Oversee payroll management, supply chain finance, cost accounting, tax accounting, and other technical accounting functions Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, forecasting, and business analysis Strong understanding of risk analysis, revenue management, profit & loss statements, and cost control strategies Proficiency with financial software systems and advanced Excel skills Strong knowledge of
GAAP, IFRS, IAS
standards, ASC 606 revenue recognition rules, and governmental accounting principles Proven leadership experience supervising finance teams and collaborating with senior leadership Excellent negotiation skills related to M&A transactions and vendor relationships Expertise in regulatory reporting requirements, SOX compliance, and COSO internal controls Ability to interpret complex financial reports and communicate insights effectively Strong budgeting, expense management, and cost reduction experience Business development and market analysis experience to identify growth opportunities Company DescriptionSynectics is a leading staffing and workforce solutions company dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with top organizations.
