Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and safely place IV catheters. Run and manage in-house laboratory diagnostics. Assist with and prepare cytology samples. Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology and basic veterinary medications to support the doctors and senior technical staff. Assist with X-ray imaging and proper patient positioning. Provide surgical support and assist with anesthesia monitoring. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a clean, organized clinical environment. Ability to go over treatment plans

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience (Required): A minimum of 1 year of clinical veterinary experience OR current enrollment in an accredited Veterinary Technician certification program.

Software:

Previous experience using Cornerstone practice management software is a major plus.

Clinical Knowledge:

Solid foundation in medical terminology and basic veterinary pharmacology. X-ray positioning and surgical monitoring experience are highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication, teamwork, and reliability are non-negotiable.

Job Type:

Full-time (5 day/ 8HR Schedule)
