Overnight Veterinary Technician

Position Overview As an Overnight Veterinary Technician, you will play a critical role in patient care during emergency cases, working alongside experienced veterinarians to stabilize, treat, and monitor animals in urgent need. Key Responsibilities Triage incoming emergency cases and assist with patient stabilization Monitor hospitalized patients, including critical care cases Administer medications, place IV catheters, and perform lab work Assist in surgical and diagnostic procedures Maintain accurate medical records Communicate effectively with team members and pet owners Qualifications Veterinary Technician certification/license preferred (RVT) Minimum 3 years of clinical or emergency experience required Experience with exotics is a bonus but not required Strong technical and critical thinking skills Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-stress situations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Shift differentials for overnight hours Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunities for growth and continuing education Employee discounts Why Join Us?
