Position Overview:
We're seeking a versatile team member who can efficiently manage clinical, administrative, and customer service responsibilities. This role involves working in all aspects of hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform clinical duties including blood draws and vaccination protocols Collect and document patient medical histories Provide comprehensive client education Manage multi-line phone system and client communications Process invoices and handle financial transactions Deliver exceptional customer service Support team members across all hospital functions
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous veterinary hospital experience (RVT or Veterinary Assistant) Strong multitasking abilities Excellence in client communication Availability for evening,weekend and holiday shifts
