Job Description
Alico Pet Vet, located in the Fort Myers-Estero area, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team. We are a fast-growing, community-centered clinic committed to providing exceptional care to pets and outstanding service to their families. If you're passionate about veterinary medicine and ready to work in a supportive, high-quality environment, we want to meet you! Responsibilities Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and medical procedures Perform diagnostic testing including bloodwork, urinalysis, fecals, and radiology support Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia Conduct dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures Gather patient histories and educate clients on treatment plans and wellness care Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment Support the front desk team with client communication as needed Provide a positive, professional experience for every client and pet Why Join Alico Pet Vet?
