Job Description
Job Summary Currently looking for a Full-time Technician/Receptionist to join our team! We are a well-established, private owned practice and are very devoted to providing exceptional care to our clients and their pets. Our staff is trained to do various tasks/jobs from reception work to technician work and kennel work. We like to call ourselves KennelTechCeptionists. Our new team member will be trained to complete a variety of daily tasks including, but not limited to; answering phones and speaking with clients to schedule appointments, assisting clients with check in/check out procedures, calling clients to confirm appointments, surgery prep and monitoring, discussions about preventative wellness medicine with our clients as well as routine history gathering for both sick and well rooms. Previous veterinary experience is a plus! Strong customer service skills and computer skills are required, familiarity with Cornerstone software a plus, but not required! Good phone etiquette. Must be able to lift 40 pounds and experience restraining animals. Availability to work any of the days/hours the clinic is open.
