Veterinary Technician St. Petersburg Animal Hospital & Urgent Care 4-Day Work Week | Supportive Team | Flexible Schedule Join our team at St. Petersburg Animal Hospital & Urgent Care where collaboration, individualized client experience, and compassionate patient care are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a motivated technician who wants to grow, contribute, and make a difference for pets and the people who love them. About Our Hospital St. Petersburg Animal Hospital & Urgent Care is an independently owned small-animal hospital serving the St. Petersburg community for over 50 years. Our team is known for compassionate care, collaborative medicine, and a supportive workplace culture. We combine the personal feel of a community practice with modern veterinary medicine, allowing our technicians to fully utilize their skills and play an active role in patient care. What We're Looking For ✔ Passionate about animal care and committed to excellence. ✔ Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. ✔ Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate patient care using low-stress handling techniques Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments Perform diagnostic radiography Conduct laboratory testing Familiar with operation of common veterinary medical equipment.
