Our goal is to provide our patients with top quality medical care in a supportive, friendly environment. We are seeking to employ a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate registered veterinary technician (RVT) who loves animals. Candidate must be able to multi-task, and work with a team in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment. All candidates applying for this position must have a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license for the state of Georgia. All candidates should be able to assist doctors in the exam rooms and in surgery, as well as perform other miscellaneous medical services. Experience as a veterinary technician is preferred. We are looking to hire full time pr part time. The hospital is open for a half day on Saturday, therefore the candidate must be able to work most Saturdays. Candidate should be able to lift and carry at least 40 pounds. In addition to our doctors, the hospital employs approximately 12 additional employees. The hospital includes a well equipped ICU area and an in-house lab for more critical patients. There is a separate surgery suite (equipped with laser), specialized dentistry equipment, ultrasound room and full pharmacy.
