Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care and maintaining the highest standards of veterinary medicine. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical experience and hold an active Georgia veterinary technician license in good standing. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our veterinarians in all aspects of patient care, supporting both routine wellness and advanced medical and surgical procedures. Responsibilities Under the supervision of the veterinarian, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Obtaining patient histories and vital signs Providing nursing care for hospitalized patients Collecting blood and urine samples and performing in-house laboratory testing Preparing and submitting samples for outside laboratory testing Taking and positioning radiographs Placing intravenous catheters and assisting with anesthesia and surgery Performing dental procedures, including dental radiographs, scaling, and polishing Filling prescriptions and maintaining complete and accurate medical records Qualifications Current Georgia Veterinary Technician License (required) Minimum two years of veterinary clinical experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of wellness care, vaccinations, parasitology, radiology, dentistry, pharmacy, and surgery Excellent communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care
