Full Job Description Job Summary:

Our veterinary practice is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, assisting veterinarians with procedures, and communicating with clients about their pets' health.

Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians in medical and surgical procedures Provide patient care Administering medication Monitoring vital signs Maintaining medical records Collect and analyze laboratory samples Educate clients on preventive care, nutrition, and behavior Perform dental cleanings, take dental radiographs, and assist with extractions Perform routine laboratory procedures such as fecal exams and blood draws Clean and maintain equipment and facilities Assist with patient admissions and discharges Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to work well in a team environment Must be proficient in computer skills Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must be a licensed Veterinary Technician in the state of
