About Us Arbor Creek Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary practice offering advanced medical, surgical, and dental care. We also provide integrative therapies including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and cold laser therapy. Experienced Veterinary Technician We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician who wants to fully utilize their skills , work alongside supportive doctors, and be part of a team that values efficiency and high standards of care. This is an ideal position for a technician who is confident in their abilities, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to be hands-on in all aspects of patient care . What Sets This Role Apart Technicians are highly utilized —not just assisting, but actively contributing to patient care Supportive doctors who value technician input and skill Opportunity to work with advanced procedures and therapies Team-focused environment with clear expectations and strong communication Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and place/maintain IV catheters confidently Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia (including surgical and dental cases) Take high-quality diagnostic and dental radiographs Perform dental prophylaxis, charting, and radiology Collect and process lab samples (bloodwork, urinalysis, cytology, etc.) Obtain accurate patient histories and perform TPRs Administer treatments and assist in advanced procedures Communicate clearly with clients regarding care plans, medications, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate, detailed medical records What We're Looking For Minimum 2 + year veterinary technician experience (strong skills preferred) Confident in technical skills and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to take initiative and follow through
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
