•5:30 pm We are seeking a temporary Veterinary Technician to provide coverage during a maternity leave for approximately 12 weeks. Role:

Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and procedures Perform safe animal restraint and patient handling Prepare and administer medications as directed Proficient with blood draws Monitor patients and maintain accurate medical records Support daily clinic flow, client communication, and infection‑control protocols

Requirements :

Experience as a Veterinary Technician or Skilled Veterinary Assistant Strong animal‑handling skills and calm demeanor Ability to follow medical instructions precisely Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism Comfortable working in a fast‑paced practice Prior experience at a veterinary general practice

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rate based on experience. $24

•28/hour for an experienced veterinary technician $20

•23/hour for a skilled veterinary assistant or vet‑tech student
