We're a busy general practice with a stable doctor roster, and a support team that works well together. If you're credentialed and want to use your full skill set instead of being stuck on restraint and room turnover, this is that job. What you'll do Induce, monitor, and recover anesthetic patients for surgical and dental procedures Perform dental prophylaxis, charting, and radiographs Place IV catheters, draw blood, and run in-house diagnostics (IDEXX) Take and position digital radiographs Administer medications and treatments under DVM direction Educate clients on preventive care, wellness plans, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate medical records in eVetPractice Support and help train assistants and newer team members What we're looking for Massachusetts CVT credential, or VTNE-passed and eligible for credentialing (we'll support you through the process) Comfort with anesthesia monitoring and dental procedures Solid venipuncture and catheter placement skills Clear, patient communication with clients — including the difficult conversations Reliability and a sense of humor on the hard days Schedule Monday-Friday with a rotating Saturday (8:30 AM-1:00 PM). Comp time is built in for Saturday coverage. No overnights, no on-call. New graduates who have passed the VTNE are encouraged to apply.
