Job Description
The Animal Cancer and Imaging Center is a private veterinary oncology practice in Canton, MI that is dedicated to providing the highest quality of patient care. Our practice is seeking an experienced veterinary technician for our surgery department. This is a part time position that requires the candidate to work Tuesday and Wednesday 11am-8pm in patient care. We are specifically seeking candidates with an interest in surgery and that have a passion for providing excellent patient care to our clients and patients. Technicians work alongside a board certified surgeon. Interested candidates should be well organized, be able to multi-task, work well as a team and individually, detail oriented, strong mathematical skills, have great written & verbal communication skills, and be dedicated to patient care. Starting salary will be determined by a skill assessment system.
