GENERAL SUMMARY
The purpose of this job is to provide veterinary care under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian, vaccinate animals, and maintain records. Cleans animal services facilities and equipment. Performs euthanasia when needed or required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleans sanitizes, and maintains dog runs and cat rooms. Feeds and medicates sick or injured animals. Vaccinates animals; maintains complete and accurate records. Provides euthanasia services for sick or injured animals. Sends euthanized animals for rabies testing. Assists the public with adopting animals; responds to questions and concerns. Performs related work as required.
