Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) Meredith Place Veterinary Emergency Meredith, NH Full-Time | 10a-10pm (12-Hour Shifts) | Four Weekend Shifts per
Month Pay:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour (based on experience) Join Our Emergency Team Meredith Place Veterinary Emergency is looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to join our dedicated emergency team. What You'll Do As a Certified Veterinary Technician, you'll play an essential role in providing high-quality emergency care by: Assisting veterinarians with emergency examinations, treatments, and procedures Providing compassionate nursing care for hospitalized patients Performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, blood draws, and laboratory sample collection Administering medications and fluid therapy as directed Monitoring anesthesia and assisting with surgical procedures when needed Taking and positioning patients for digital radiographs and other diagnostics Monitoring patient recovery and recognizing changes in patient condition Educating clients on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions Maintaining accurate medical records and supporting a smooth hospital workflow What We're Looking For Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) required Emergency or critical care experience preferred, but motivated GP technicians are encouraged to apply Strong technical skills including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, and patient care Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care Perks & Benefits Competitive compensation Monthly Bonus Opportunities Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay CE Reimbursement for Certified Veterinary Technicians Scrub Allowance Employee Assistance Program & Behavioral Health Resources Flexible Scheduling Paid Parental Leave Generous Employee Pet Discount If you're ready to grow your career in emergency medicine while working with a supportive team that values your skills and contributions, we'd love to hear from you!
