Delaware Valley Veterinary Hospital, located in Mullica Hill, is seeking to hire a Pharmacy Technician to join our team! Pharmacy Technicians are a vital part of our hospital. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated person to join our family at Delaware Valley.

Job Overview & Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense medications and supplies for patients in timely manner Manage pharmacy orders through med refill voicemail and email Excellent customer service skills and communication with our clients Extensive knowledge of medications, preventatives, and medical supplies Handle all inquiries from online pet pharmacies in timely manner Maintain organization and stocking of pharmacy area Act as liaison between client and doctor regarding medication approvals/denials Thoroughly enter into electronic medical records Support departments with needed product and prescription information

Qualifications:

Pharmacy experience preferred Veterinary experienced preferred Customer service experience Flexible full time schedule: mixture of week days and week nights, some weekends Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in fast paced work environment Basic knowledge of mathematical processes Delaware Valley Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA Accredited Hospital.
