Job Description

Position Overview:
Valley Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to our clients. This position works closely with veterinarians and support staff to ensure the highest standards of veterinary care.
Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians with examinations and medical procedures Prepare and monitor patients for surgery Collect and run laboratory samples Perform radiographs and assist with diagnostic imaging Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian Maintain accurate medical records Provide client education regarding treatments, medications, and preventive care Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support daily clinic operations and patient care Ability to work a varied schedule Monday through
Saturday Qualifications:
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Compassion for animals and commitment to quality patient care
